1. Duration of Counselling and Therapy Session : The duration of the session will be a minimum of 30 mins and maximum of 55 mins.

2. Duration of Counselling and Therapy : 3 sessions minimum, spread across a period of 30 days, counted from the day of the first session.

3. Termination of Counselling and Therapy Sessions:

• (a) The Counsellor/ Therapist will terminate and conclude the case, once the Counselling and Therapy sessions’ goals are met.
• (b)The Counsellor/ Therapist will terminate and refer the case forward, if the case demands a different specialization or expertise, than that of the present Counsellor/Therapist, handling the case.
• (c)The Counsellor/ Therapist will terminate or refer the case forward, if the Counsellor/Therapist is unable to provide services due to personal constraints or family related emergencies or Health conditions or sudden unavoidable situations.
• (d)The Counsellor/ Therapist will terminate or refer the case forward, if I, the Client have withheld medical -related information or lied about it.
• (e)If I, as the client, do not revert back within 10 days of the last session, to schedule the appointment for the next session, My Case will be terminated, and, I take full responsibility for it.
• (f)The client has the right to withdraw from the Counseling and Therapy Sessions, at any point of the session or sessions. It should be followed with a ‘letter of withdrawal’ from the Counselling and Therapy Sessions, emailed to anisha@thenewagetherapist.com, within 24 hours of the act of discontinuation or cancellation of the sessions by the Client.
• (g)If I, as the client use abusive language or get violent with either the Counsellor/therapist or any staff or member, permanent or contractual, of the consultancy firm, The NewAge Therapist.

4. No Audio or Video Recording of the Sessions will be done, by the Counsellor/Therapist, without additional consent of the Client, taken during or before the Session commences.

5. No Audio or Video Recording of the Sessions will be done by the Client of the sessions, at any point of the Duration of Counselling and Therapy.

6. All Sessions will be pre-booked via messaging app of WhatsApp, to the given reference contact number, +91 9632625046.

7. All sessions will be paid for by the client, at the time of booking of the session, via an online bank transfer or utilizing the said payment gateway, Google Pay or Paytm or Paypal.

8. The Session, requested for ,or enquired about, will be confirmed only after conformation of the payment for the session, is done.

9. Session Cancelation and Rescheduling:

• (a)The Counsellor/Therapist can cancel a pre-booked session before it commences, in the case of personal constraints or family related emergencies or Health conditions or sudden unavoidable situations, in which case, the booked session will get rescheduled to another slot, with the consent and permission of the client.
• (b)The Session, if cancelled by the client, will be open to getting rescheduled, at no additional cost.
• (c)The Session, if cancelled by the Client more than twice, will not be rescheduled immediately, and the firm holds the right to cancel the session and it’s rescheduling without any refund.

10. Money and Refund:

• (a)Money Paid for the session will be refunded on the occasion of the Counsellor/Therapist cancelling the session and, the client decides to withdraw.
• (b)Money paid for the sessions, will not be refunded on the occasion of cancellation of the session by the client, after rescheduling the session, initiated by the client.
• (c)Money is to be paid per session, during the time of booking the session.
• (d)Money is to be paid at least 12 hours before the session commences. If not done, the Counsellor/Therapist hold the right to cancel the session or terminate the case, without any refunds.
• (e)Money paid through International Transactions and banking systems, will be refunded, after deduction of transaction costs and taxes.
• (f)The Session fees will be inclusive of taxes, and have no additional or hidden costs to the session.

11. Confidentiality :

• (a)The Consultancy firm, The NewAge Therapist, and the Counsellor/Therapist have the right, to the use of my relevant case information (withholding personal details and demographic details) for research purposes.
• (b)The Consultancy firm, The NewAge Therapist, and the Counsellor/Therapist have the right, to publish and present my therapy/counselling session(s) as relevant example (s) and case for academic purposes

12. Method of Session Conduct: The Session will be in ONLINE (Audio Call/ Video Call) format, unless the Counsellor suggest for an OFFLINE – Face to face session format. The Client can enquire about the same, during the process of the booking of a session.
